2023 Holiday Sale Vendor Information 

WGR continues to follow NYS Covid-19 guidelines. Mask wearing at the Perkins Mansion is a personal decision.

 

Thanks for your creative efforts and support as a vendor at our Holiday Sale. Preparations are already underway for the 2023 Sale, scheduled for November 3-5, with screening on Nov. 2 at the AAUW Perkins Mansion. The Holiday Sale is our grandest annual event, offering a win-win relationship between the Guild and you! We provide a great setting for displaying the creativity and fine craftsmanship of our members, as well as the advertising, credit card processing, sales tax collection and extra workforce needed to put on a successful sale. You provide your unique sale items and have an opportunity to market them to the public. So thanks again for participating. Please keep producing your beautiful work and join your fellow members for the sale in 2023!

 

Online registration will begin on September 1. Watch this site for relevant sale documents and forms. 

  

  • Online Inventory Form (XLSX) spreadsheet, or older format (XLS), or (PDF) for tablet users or those uncomfortable with spreadsheets. (Adobe will require you to click through several steps so they don't send your form to the wrong person). Due Thursday, Oct. 26.  Whichever format you choose you must SAVE the completed format, PRINT two copies on paper, and EMAIL the inventory form to sale@weaversguildofrochester.org.

Sign-ups to Volunteer  Required for all vendors. Welcomed for all members, but if you are not a vendor, please wait until Oct. 15 to sign-up.
