Tapestry Workshop

Tapestry is a very old weaving technique for making picturesque wall hangings. The process is time consuming, as it is a hand-manipulated weft-faced weave and it can use several colors across the same shed.

In May of 2017, tapestry artist Rebecca Mezoff made a wonderful presentation at our Guild meeting and held a two-and-a-half day workshop. Although projects could not be finished in this time-frame, participants learned Rebecca's insights on design, coloring, and techniques.
